Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property inventory

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior real estate sales role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven with a strong track record of achieving sales goals
• Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
