The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with over 5 years in Dubai's real estate market to lead our secondary property sales team. You will be responsible for driving resale and leasing transactions, mentoring consultants, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of property consultants.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our secondary market share.
  • Manage key client relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors.

Requirements:
