Sales Manager — Solar Inverters (On-Site)

Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We’re hiring a results-focused Sales Manager to lead our solar inverter sales growth. This role requires hands-on market development, key account management, and strategic sales leadership within the solar and renewable energy sector. The right candidate will be skilled in building distribution channels, closing commercial deals, and driving sustainable revenue performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Grow the dealer, EPC, and corporate client network in assigned territories
  • Identify new business channels and market expansion opportunities
  • Lead, support, and coach the sales team to improve conversion and productivity
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reporting, and competitive market analysis for management
  • Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and product positioning
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
  • Support branding, promotion, and product visibility initiatives in the market

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in B2B or technical sales (solar industry preferred)
  • Education: BBA in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Channel/Key account relationship management
  • Leadership and team motivation
  • Analytical and forecasting capability
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Industry Knowledge: Solar inverters and renewable energy trends (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs180,000.00 per month
