Sales Manager / Team Lead - Solar Energy

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the solar sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Actively close commercial and residential solar energy deals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Guide the team on lead conversion, proposal development, and negotiation techniques
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Stay updated on solar market trends, government policies, and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in solar energy sales, with strong closing experience
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • In-depth understanding of solar products, pricing models, and ROI calculations
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
