Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the solar sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Actively close commercial and residential solar energy deals
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Guide the team on lead conversion, proposal development, and negotiation techniques
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Stay updated on solar market trends, government policies, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in solar energy sales, with strong closing experience
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- In-depth understanding of solar products, pricing models, and ROI calculations
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
