Sales Manager | Vespa

As the Sales Manager for Vespa at Abou Ghaly Motors, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance of the Vespa brand in the market. This role includes managing the sales team and distributor network dedicated to Vespa products, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships to increase market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies specifically tailored to the Vespa brand to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.
  • Manage and lead the Vespa sales team and distributors, ensuring effective execution of sales plans and high team performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and analyze market trends to position Vespa brand competitively.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing teams to align sales campaigns and promotions for Vespa product lines.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting related to Vespa sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealers, and partners to maximize sales growth for Vespa products.
  • Provide coaching and development to Vespa sales staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team environment.
  • Represent the Vespa brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in sales management, preferably in automotive or motorbike sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and distributor networks.
  • Strong knowledge of the Vespa brand, scooters, or the two-wheeler market is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and team development abilities.
