Sales Manager - Water Plant - RO/STP/WWT

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong technical and commercial expertise in water treatment solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s market presence, developing strategic client relationships, and driving sales growth across multiple industries. The role requires both technical understanding of water treatment systems and strong business development capabilities.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in water treatment systems, industrial equipment, or environmental solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of water treatment technologies, processes, and system applications.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for water treatment solutions including RO plants, STP/ETP systems, BOO models, and filtration systems.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence within targeted industries.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers.
• Work closely with the engineering team to prepare technical and commercial proposals for potential projects.
• Manage tender submissions, quotations, and contract negotiations with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and performance reports for management review.
• Supervise and guide the sales team, providing mentorship and performance evaluations when required.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships with clients.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per hour
