Sales Manager (Web Development & Digital Marketing)

  • Shift: Morning (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Logix Contact is looking for a Sales Manager who can confidently sell web development and digital marketing services to international clients.

This role is best suited for a strong sales closer with experience in B2B service sales, digital agency sales, or software house sales. If you know how to generate leads, conduct client calls, pitch service solutions, and convert prospects into long-term clients, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for web development, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, branding, and other digital services
  • Identify new business opportunities in international markets including the UAE, UK, and US
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, email campaigns, and referrals
  • Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls with potential clients
  • Understand client pain points and recommend the right digital solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing for service-based projects
  • Handle end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling
  • Keep sales records, follow-ups, and pipeline updates organized in CRM tools
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of proven experience in sales or business development for web development, digital marketing, software house, or digital agency services
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and service-based deal closing
  • Solid understanding of digital services including website development, SEO, paid ads, social media marketing, and branding
  • Comfortable speaking with international clients and handling sales conversations professionally
  • Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and consistently hit targets

Ideal Candidate

  • Closing service deals
