Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive for our Services Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting company services to industrial and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to industrial clients to promote and sell company services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and client networking.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
• Prepare daily and weekly visit reports for management review.
• Participate in negotiations and close sales contracts in alignment with company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the services or industrial sector.
• Must have experience in industrial client visits and on-site meetings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel frequently.
