Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA / B.Com / MBA Preferred)
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting fumigation and pest control services to commercial, industrial, and residential clients. The candidate must generate new leads, close contracts, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads for fumigation and pest control services.
• Visit corporate offices, restaurants, warehouses, factories, hospitals, and residential sites.
• Prepare service proposals and quotations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations team for site inspection and service execution.
• Follow up for contract renewals.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research on competitors and pricing.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation of contracts and service agreements.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven personality.
• Knowledge of fumigation chemicals and pest control methods (preferred).
• Ability to conduct site visits independently.
• Good reporting and follow-up skills.
• Own bike with valid driving license (preferred).
