Sales & Marketing Executive - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive & Marketing - Real Estate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent client-handling skills and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and manage property sales leads

· Handle client meetings, site visits and negotiations

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures

· Stay updated with real estate market trends

Requirements:

· 6–7 years of experience in real estate sales

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proven track record of successful sales closures

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Professional attitude and customer-focused approach

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
