Job Overview:
Emirates Talent Solution is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager for one of its leading property development clients in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales and marketing, with strong expertise in business development, strategic planning, client engagement, and team leadership.
This role requires a result-oriented professional capable of designing and executing effective marketing campaigns, driving sales performance, and enhancing the company’s brand presence in the competitive real estate market of Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming property projects.
- Identify and onboard potential investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to drive continuous improvement.
Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor channels.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging content, brochures, and social media materials.
- Organize property exhibitions, launch events, and client presentations to promote brand visibility.
- Monitor marketing ROI and ensure alignment between sales and promotional strategies.
Client Relations & Negotiations
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and investment consultations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth coordination between pre-sales and post-sales teams for exceptional customer service.
Team Leadership & Reporting
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop incentive programs to boost team motivation and performance.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local real estate regulations.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real Estate.
- Additional certifications in sales, digital marketing, or real estate will be an advantage.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in property development, real estate sales, or marketing management.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Pakistan’s property market and real estate laws.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
