Position Overview

We’re looking for energetic, target-driven Sales Officers who can build strong customer relationships and grow our market presence. If you’re someone who enjoys challenges, has a passion for sales, and wants to build a rewarding career in a progressive company — this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert new customers in assigned territories or market segments.
• Offer trainings/courses to new customers offered by the company.
• Get hands on experience on product knowledge and guide, counsell the customers about the product/services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Understand customer needs to recommend the right solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive approach and convert inquires into lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and after-sales support.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in sales (preferably in education/training/services real estate sector).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about meeting targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
