Sales Operations Executive

Position Overview

The Sales Operations Executive will support the sales team by improving processes, managing CRM systems, analyzing performance data, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and leadership. This role focuses on optimizing sales performance, maintaining accurate reporting, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline metrics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Support sales forecasting and revenue planning
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Assist in lead management and data accuracy
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new sales team members
  • Monitor sales targets and performance benchmarks

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Support
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
