Job Opening – Female Sales & Operations Executive (Catering | UAE)

We are seeking a Female Sales & Operations Executive to join our catering company in the UAE.

Syrian or Lebanese nationality is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and conduct sales follow-ups
• Close clients, secure contracts, and convert leads into confirmed orders
• Liaise with kitchen, drivers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in planning and managing daily and event-based catering schedules
• Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and sales reports
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to create and update brochures and menus (basic design/content preparation)
• Proven experience in sales and/or operations, preferably within catering or F&B
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Familiarity with the UAE work environment is an advantage
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp communication)
