Sales Person

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Russian-speaking Sales Person to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting sales operations, particularly in Russian-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with new and existing clients, primarily in Russian-speaking regions.
• Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and negotiations in Russian and English.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and market fit.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian and English is essential.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive attitude.
