Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing new projects, generating sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and project acquisition skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects for the company.
• Promote and sell company products, materials, and services to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to ensure successful closure.
• Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and orders.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and submit updates to management regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in trading, contracting, or project-based industries / Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong ability to acquire projects and close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month

• Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
