Job Purpose: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Kitchen & Wardrobe Sales Professional to manage showroom sales, handle client consultations, and convert walk-in and corporate leads into successful projects. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, proposing suitable kitchen & wardrobe solutions, and closing sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Handling:

Attend walk-in customers and provide professional consultation for kitchen & wardrobe solutions.Understand customer requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints.Present company products, materials, finishes, and design options clearly and confidently.Prepare sales quotations and follow up with clients for deal closure.Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Design & Product Knowledge:

Coordinate with design and technical teams for layouts, measurements, and proposals.Have strong knowledge of kitchen layouts, wardrobes, accessories, fittings, and materials (MDF, HDF, laminates, hardware, etc.).Explain technical specifications and benefits of products to clients.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, and closed sales.Update daily and monthly sales reports.Ensure accurate order details are shared with production and execution teams.

Coordination & After-Sales Support:

Coordinate with factory, installation, and operations teams for timely execution of projects.Assist clients during order processing and resolve customer concerns professionally.Ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to project completion

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or relevant field (preferred).

3–5 years experience minimum in kitchen, wardrobe, sales.Experience in showroom or project-based sales is highly desirable.
