The sales representative will be responsible for administering and selling products or services to assigned customers and territories, either directly or through a distribution network. Acts as the primary company contact, with a strong focus on driving sales and profit growth through the development and expansion of customer relationships


  • Focus on achieving defined sales targets within the assigned category/area.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Recommend new product lines by identifying potential opportunities and suggesting improvements in products, packaging, or services.
  • Execute RADAR, the market intelligence system, to track competitors’ 5Ps activities (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People).
  • Manage accounts receivable proactively to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Take full responsibility for Client Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Ensure timely and accurate supply to customers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of defined sales targets.
  • Growth in customer base.
  • Accurate and timely market condition analysis and reporting.
  • Competitor strategy tracking and timely reporting.
  • Zero overdue in collections.
