Hiring for Sales Agent - Karachi
Job Title: Sales Agent (Real Estate Industry Experienced)About Client

Our Client is established Karachi based Real Estate Development & construction contracting company, having 200 employees working over there.

Role Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent for our premium projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell project units at resort, beaches.
• Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and customer inquiries
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams for leads and follow-ups
• Prepare daily sales reports and customer records

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Agent / Real Estate Sales Executive
• Experience in resort, beach projects, or real estate sales will be preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to convince clients and close deals efficiently
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM is a plus

Qualification:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelors degree (preferred)
• Fresh candidates with strong sales skills may also apply

Saturday 9:00am to 1:30 PM
