About Biodyne

Biodyne is a global biotechnology company focused on using beneficial microbes to solve agricultural and environmental challenges. In Pakistan, we are introducing microbial solutions that improve soil health, increase crop yields, and reduce input costs for farmers.

Role Overview

We are looking for Sales Representatives (Agri Sales) to introduce Biodyne products directly to farmers and agri-businesses. This is a ground-up sales role: you will run farmer meetings and demos, close direct sales, and help build Biodyne’s presence in your territory.

This is not a routine FMCG sales job - you will be pioneering new technology in agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, and demonstration plots.
  • Drive direct sales to farmers and agri-business clients in your assigned territory.
  • Identify and onboard early reseller/dealer opportunities as they arise.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Educate farmers on how microbial products improve yields and soil health.
  • Gather farmer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
  • Support pilot projects and trials with large growers when required.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or Agri-Business).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in agri-input sales (fertilizer, seed, pesticide, micronutrients). Fresh agri graduates with strong motivation will be considered.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills in Urdu (local Punjabi/Saraiki an advantage).
  • Comfortable with field work, rural travel, and meeting farmers daily.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
