Excellent communication skills (Urdu & English preferred)

Experience in travel, ticketing, or customer service is a plus

Ability to handle customer inquiries and promote travel packages

Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

Manage ticketing and travel bookings

Provide information about flight deals, visas, and packages

Maintain customer satisfaction and follow up on leads
