Sales Representative (Night Shift-US Hours)

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Representative to join our growing organization.

Position Overview:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, performance driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the US market.Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients through effective sales strategies.Maintain an organized lead database and ensure consistent follow-up with potential clients.Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience (BPO or international market preferred).Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.Proven experience working in US hours or international time zones.Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:
