Location: On-Site
Shift Timing: 5:45 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 + Commission

Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. This B2B sales role is focused on the real estate industry and involves working exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required. Your primary objective will be to understand client needs and present tailored digital solutions that drive real business outcomes. If you’re passionate about consultative sales, effective communication, and long-term relationship building, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage communication with prospective clients via phone, email, and SMS
  • Identify client challenges and recommend appropriate digital services that address their needs
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Accurately document all sales activities and client interactions using CRM software
  • Share client feedback and market insights with internal teams to support service improvement
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and digital innovations to uncover new sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a BPO/call center as a Closer
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge of the B2B sales cycle is a plus
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
