Role Description

Al Asimah, Kuwait, for a FMCG Sales Supervisor. The responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, managing and guiding sales teams to achieve targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and analyzing sales data to inform strategies. The Sales Supervisor will also facilitate training sessions to enhance team performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales trends and performance metrics
• Proven ability in Team Management and Training to foster and lead high-performing teams
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and a goal-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in sales is advantageous
