We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen ability to listen to and resolve customer issues and a basic understanding of print industry / graphic design.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales orders, and CRM data.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations in collaboration with sales/account managers.
- Process sales orders promptly and ensure accuracy of pricing, product details, and delivery information.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with logistics, inventory, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates or delays to sales representatives and customers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, availability, and product information.
- Handle clients queries via email, phone, or visiting client sites; be their first point of contact
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: A-Levels, Diploma, Associate.
- Experience: Customer Service or relevant.
- Skills: Graphic Design, Print Industry, Communication (Oral & Written)
