Winqle Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for a Client Support & Onboarding Executive (Female) who will manage incoming leads, assist potential clients, and guide them through the onboarding process.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in customer support, and hands-on experience with lead management systems to effectively nurture prospects and convert them into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with leads received from social media, website forms, ads, and other marketing channels
- Guide potential clients through the initial onboarding and setup process
- Provide product information and answer queries from interested prospects
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture and convert them into customers
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or lead management software
- Track and manage the lead pipeline from inquiry to conversion
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and issue resolution
- Ensure a professional and smooth client experience from first contact to onboarding
Requirements
- Minimum qualification BBA marketing, MBA marketing prefer ( Female )
- Strong communication skills in Urdu (required) and basic English
- Confident in communicating with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Organized and responsible with strong follow-up ability
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
- Customer Support
- Sales Support / Call Center
- Client Onboarding
- Lead Management
- Must have experience using Lead Management / CRM software and handling lead pipelines, follow-ups, and conversions
- Strong background in customer relationship management and lead conversion handling
Salary & Incentives
- Basic Salary + Conversion Incentive Structure
- Additional incentive per successful lead conversion
- Total monthly earning potential up to approximately PKR 100,000 based on performance
