Sales Support Trainee

Location: Lahore
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 40,000 - 60,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a graduate QA Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and attention to detail. This role involves monitoring calls, evaluating agent performance, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide feedback to agents based on call evaluations.
• Identify performance gaps and suggest improvements.
• Maintain QA reports and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) is required.
• Good English communication and listening skills.
• Strong analytical and observation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to work night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
