You will inherit a mix of top-performing veterans and raw talent. Your mandate is to unite them, elevate their game, and drive them to exceed ambitious targets. We provide the platform, premium US leads, and executive backing—you provide the vision, coaching, and motivational fire.
▶ Your Core Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Motivate a 10-15 member sales team through charismatic leadership, actionable coaching, and a culture of excellence.
- Drive Strategy: Develop and execute daily/weekly sales strategies to crush team targets and maximize revenue from the US market.
- Talent Architect: Recruit, train, and mentor new hires. Coach seasoned agents to new heights. Build your own A-team.
- Analyze & Optimize: Use performance data to diagnose bottlenecks, celebrate wins, and implement real-time improvements.
- Culture Champion: Foster a high-performance, supportive, and results-driven environment that retains top talent.
✓ You Are The Leader We're Looking For If You:
- Possess 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a BPO, international sales, or tele-sales environment with a verifiable track record.
- Have charismatic, persuasive communication skills and the ability to inspire action and belief in a team.
- Are a natural coach and developer of people, skilled at managing both high-performing veterans and coaching newcomers to success.
- Think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and thrive under the pressure of high targets.
- Are available and excited to lead during US business hours (Night Shift PKT) from our Gulistan-e-Johar corporate office.
