Sales Team Leader

About the Role

WAY REAL ESTATE is looking for a Team Lead — an ambitious and result-oriented professional to manage, motivate, and grow a team of real estate brokers in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, and a passion for achieving outstanding sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate brokers to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Assist brokers in negotiations, deal closing, and client relationship management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance and achieve revenue goals.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and report directly to company management.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new brokers in collaboration with the HR and training departments.
• Maintain a positive and professional team culture aligned with WAY REAL ESTATE’s values and brand standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Broker in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of off-plan and secondary market transactions.
• Ability to guide and support agents through the entire sales process.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably amoCRM) and digital sales tools.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
