Job Title: Team Leader – Sales

Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month (plus incentives)

Job Summary:

Karadan Lands Investments LLC is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales executives in achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the insurance or banking sector, with a proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver consistent results in a competitive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales executives to ensure individual and team targets are consistently achieved.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
• Motivate and guide the team to enhance productivity and maintain high morale.
• Assist team members in identifying prospects, building client relationships, and closing deals.
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reports.
• Conduct training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with management to align team goals with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in insurance, banking, or investment sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
