Area Sales Manager – Ladies Salons & Beauty Industry

Location: Dubai, UAE

About Us:

We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage salon performance, and lead our talented sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the sales performance of multiple salon branches.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Lead, motivate, and train salon and telesales teams to deliver exceptional results.

Analyze sales data and implement marketing campaigns to boost customer acquisition and retention.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and HR to ensure alignment with company goals.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and cross-selling initiatives.

Ensure premium customer service standards are maintained across all branches.

Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend strategies to maintain market leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales or area management, preferably in beauty, salon, spa, or wellness industry.

Proven ability to manage multiple branches and meet revenue targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.

UAE driving license is an advantage.
