Saudi IT Technical Operations Leader

1、Responsible for the establishment and management of the IT team for Saudi Arabia's retail warehouses and stores under Meituan, leading the local team to complete tasks such as local weak current engineering, IT operation and maintenance, and network support, while continuously optimizing IT services.

2、Lead the full lifecycle management of the opening, moving, and expansion of overseas weak current projects (including warehouses and stores), encompassing planning and design, construction control, acceptance inspection, and settlement, to ensure the quality of store construction and delivery.

3、Responsible for the debugging and maintenance of overseas terminal devices (PDAs, computers, printers, etc.) and IoT hardware (monitoring systems, access control systems, sensors, etc.), and establishing a 7×24-hour emergency response mechanism.

4、Implement overseas network architecture design and implementation, including deployment, debugging, and policy optimization of firewalls, switches, APs, and other equipment, establish network monitoring and warning signal processing procedures, and ensure local network SLA.

5、Responsible for on-site management of overseas IT assets, implementing standard processes from headquarters, including local warehouse management, physical inventory, stocking applications, acceptance and inventory management, maintenance, and disposal of scrap.

6、Observe business trends, proactively follow up on business needs, promptly convey accurate business information, communicate horizontally with leaders from all business parties, regularly summarize and report on relevant work, and facilitate the implementation of IT solutions.

Job Requirements：

1、Possessing proficiency in both Chinese and English communication skills, with Arabic proficiency a plus. Candidates with certifications in ITIL, Cisco/Huawei networking, and a local driving license in KSA are preferred.

2、Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, communication engineering, system integration or related fields. Over 5 years of experience in weak current engineering, IT operation and maintenance, or network management, with at least 2 years of team management experience.

3、Proficient in the design and implementation of low-voltage systems, familiar with network protocols and equipment principles, and capable of providing IT desktop support and diagnosing and handling complex faults in IoT devices.

4、Able to accept flexible scheduling based on project needs and compensatory leave, with a strong sense of responsibility and work resilience. Capable of actively responding to 24/7 emergency repairs and project support tasks.

5、Able to adapt to the work requirements of long-term stationing in Saudi Arabia and accept deployment requirements to other Middle Eastern cities or countries due to potential business expansion.
