As Savoury Head Chef, you will be responsible for setting culinary direction, inspiring a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional flavour and presentation that align with our world-renowned standards. We're looking for someone who blends classical techniques with contemporary flair to elevate every plate.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• MUST have experience in fine dining or 4-5 stars hotels
• Experience in Managing the kitchen
• Extensive knowledge of French and modern European cuisine
• Proven experience managing and motivating a high-level kitchen brigade
• Expertise in luxury dining standards and refined plate presentation
• Creative vision for seasonal, elegant, and well-balanced menu development
