Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily academic and administrative operations of the school
  • Support the Principal in planning and implementing school programs
  • Monitor curriculum implementation and academic schedules
  • Coordinate with teachers for lesson planning, assessments, and activities
  • Organize examinations, events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences
  • Maintain student and staff records accurately
  • Act as a liaison between management, teachers, parents, and students
  • Ensure school policies and procedures are followed
  • Assist in teacher evaluations and training programs
  • Address routine academic or disciplinary issues

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching or school administration experience
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office / school management software

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • B.Ed / M.Ed qualification
  • Prior experience as Academic Coordinator or Supervisor
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
