Basic Required Skills
· Ability to collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from public sources, subject matter experts, and internal datasets.
· Familiarity with basic research methodologies, documentation protocols, and data assessment techniques.
· Competence in supporting regulatory or scientific programs through administrative coordination, task tracking, and documentation.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft methods, approaches, and summary reports under the direction of senior staff.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
· Ability to manage lab inventory, track supplies, and coordinate scientific project support activities.
· Capable of preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, logging action items, and contributing to project communications.
· Attention to detail when supporting standardized coding technologies, data-entry protocols, and quality control processes.
· Organizational skills to support onboarding, training tracking, and administrative compliance tasks.
Other Desired Skills
· Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, scientific research processes, or health policies.
· Experience supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology R&D, or QA initiatives.
· Exposure to laboratory systems, including benchtop bioreactors, biochemical analyzers, or sample management procedures.
· Understanding of SharePoint or other knowledge/content management platforms.
· Familiarity with developing or maintaining management plans (e.g., training plans, QA/QC plans, communication plans).
· Ability to interpret SOPs, MAPPs, and guidance documents, and assist in their tracking or development.
· Skill in preparing presentations and visual aids to support project reporting and stakeholder communications.
· Comfort supporting multi-disciplinary teams, including coordination with IT, policy, and scientific personnel.

Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, public policy, public health, health science, economics, communications, information technology (IT), accounting, biology, chemistry, microbiology, physics, statistics, botanicals, or a related field. Preferred fields include biopharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, analytics, biotechnology research and development, or other relevant scientific or research programs.
· Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience supporting scientific, administrative, technical, or regulatory programs.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
