Scrum Master Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic Scrum Master Intern to support our Agile teams in driving collaboration, communication, and productivity. You will learn how to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure the team is aligned on project goals. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in Agile project management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Scrum Master/Product Owner in facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Support the team in tracking progress using tools like Jira or Trello.
• Help identify and remove impediments that affect team productivity.
• Encourage continuous improvement through feedback and process optimization.
• Shadow senior Scrum Masters to understand Agile best practices.
• Document learnings, team updates, and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus, but not required.
