Scrum Master/Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to lead agile teams and oversee project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
• Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and support team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage backlogs.
• Create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing risks and dependencies.
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Track KPIs and continuously improve agile processes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear communication and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly preferred.
• Excellent skills in Jira, Trello, Confluence, or other project management tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing SaaS, Mobile App, or Web development projects is a plus.
