<div>Overview:

Performs tasks which require mainly physical abilities and effort involving little or no specialized skill or prior work experience.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Loads and unloads trucks, and other conveyances; moves supplies and materials.</li><li>
Operation of a manual transmission vehicle is a must.</li><li>
Collects refuse and salvageable materials.</li><li>
Digs, fills, and tamps earth excavations.</li><li>
Cuts tree and brush.</li><li>
Moves and arranges heavy pieces of office and household furniture, equipment, and appliances.</li><li>
Picks up leaves and trash.</li><li>
Escorts subcontract workers, buses trucks etc.</li><li>
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li><b>Education/Certifications</b><ul><li>
High School graduate or GED.</li><li>
Two (2) years' related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.</li><li>
Valid U.S. Driver's License required and the ability of operating a manual transmission is a must.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Experience</b><ul><li>
Three (3) years' general labor experience along with (1) year foreman or supervisory experience.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Skills</b><ul><li>
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.</li></ul></li><li><b>
