OVERVIEW
Movement Strategy is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Director to lead a dedicated brand pod and guide the vision, health, and momentum of a key account. This role reports to the Group Account Director, and partners closely with teams across Content &amp; Engagement, Creative, Influencer Marketing, Strategy, Data &amp; Insights, and Project Management to deliver best-in-class work. This role leads a brand pod that requires regular collaboration with Spanish-speaking artists, partners, and stakeholders.

We&rsquo;re looking for a leader who thrives in a social-first, fast-moving agency environment. Someone who can inspire teams, navigate complex client needs, and bring clarity, confidence, and big-picture thinking to the table is ideal. We are looking for someone with a track record of building high-performing account teams, and cultivating strong client relationships. A core part of this role is partnering closely with Creative to push bold, provocative, social-first work in the effort to raise the bar on craft, cultural resonance, and creative bravery.

As a senior strategic partner, the Account Director earns trust through proactive leadership, sharp strategic instinct, and the ability to see around corners. SALARY &amp; COMPENSATION

In compliance with local and state law, we are disclosing the compensation for roles that will be performed in New York City, Colorado, and California. The range listed is just one component of Movement Strategy&rsquo;s total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.

A successful applicant&rsquo;s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, years of relevant experience, qualifications, and certifications or other professional licenses held. Movement Strategy prides itself on providing competitive salaries and actively works to ensure there is pay equity across the company.

Pay Range: $125,000 - 165,000 salary per year depending on experience level.

Account Managers (AMs) are dynamic, strategic, and savvy media professionals in the digital video space, primarily YouTube. AMs are responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients and supporting client teams, monitoring client success, and developing and executing plans for account and client growth.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><ul>
<li>Become a power user of our ViewIQ technology &amp; execute full 360-Youtube media planning and buying understanding and functionality</li>
<li>Serve as the main point-of-contact/consultant to clients, understanding and communicating how Channel Factory&rsquo;s products will help them achieve their media goals in the YouTube space&mdash;including but not limited to advisement on YT products, targeting strategy, inventory availability, buying strategy &amp; optimizations, and buying platform assistance (DV360, Google Ads)</li>
<li>Lead Kick-off calls, setting clear expectations and measures from the start, and serving as the single-point-of-contact with Programmatic Solutions for all inquiries.</li>
<li>Own and grow a book of business by focusing on client retention, growth, renewals</li>
<li>Partner with Sales and independently lead client calls to assist with up-selling</li>
<li>Create and maintain short and long-term Account Plans for each designated account.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign pacing and performance and have on-going discussions with internal teams and clients; proactively address any issues and provide multiple solutions and optimization strategies for under-performing areas.</li>
<li>Create mid-campaign and end of campaign reports, highlighting CF&rsquo;s effectiveness and conducting quarterly business reviews (QBR) for key clients</li>
<li>Update Salesforce for proper campaign information and revenue tracking</li>
<li>Reconcile monthly billing with Finance, ensuring accuracy &amp; timely completion</li>
<li>Work closely with Product to improve and enhance our products and ViewIQ platform</li>
<li>Stay up with current events and industry changes, and share suggestions to update our Inclusion List approach and methodology as needed</li>

</ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of YouTube, SEM, SEO, Facebook/PMDs, and/or Programmatic/Trading Desks buying</li>
<li>Client-facing experience working with both agencies and brands is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Able to help develop and set best practices and help train other team members to stay competitive in an ever-changing digital landscape.</li>
<li>Able to track performance data, analyze results, and optimize campaigns across multiple technologies and partners.</li></ul><ul>
<li>Experience in off-YouTube media, 3rd party, and Brand Studies.</li>
<li>Have strong communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must!</li>
