Conduct and lead weekly sales meetings with the team, providing strategic guidance on weekly activity plans to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>
Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports as required by management, including meticulous updates to the project tracking list.</li><li>
Develop and maintain accurate three-month rolling forecasts based on current sales activities, ongoing projects, and anticipated opportunities.</li><li>
Monitor and manage customers' payment processes diligently to ensure timely receipt of receivables, thereby contributing to the achievement of established sales targets and revenue goals. Work in close collaboration with the collection team to minimize overdue accounts and maintain financial health.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical sales within the construction or chemical industry.</li><li>
Demonstrated proficiency in customer relationship management and project management.</li><li>
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and present it effectively to diverse audiences.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.</li><li>
MBA degree is considered an advantage.</li></ul>
