The Role
 The Nursery Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operations of the nursery. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality early years education in line with EYFS standards and local regulatory requirements. The Nursery Manager leads the team, supports children’s development, builds strong parent relationships, and ensures a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Leadership & Management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery • Lead, motivate, and manage teaching and support staff • Conduct staff appraisals, observations, and professional development plans • Ensure staff ratios are maintained at all times • Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional work culture
 
Requirements
 Ideal Candidate Profile: • Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in the education sector • CACHE Level 5 certification • Proven track record in achieving enrollment targets • Bachelor’s degree in Education • Familiarity with Montessori / Reggio / EYFS frameworks • Business Development experience will be an added advantage Language - English & Arabic (Must) Salary: Up to 15,000 per month + Visa and Insurance

About The Team

As an intern you will get to be part of a dynamic and autonomous team from Careem veterans to new tigers who joined on a mission to build Careem Food all aligned on the same values of ownership, shooting to the moon and being of service to customers, partners, colleagues and captains .

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Field Training Job - on-board and train new restaurants and shops to the Careem Food Delivery network.</li>
<li>Visit them and set up the dashboard on a Careem provided or restaurant device.</li>
<li>Restaurant &amp; Shops types would include large food chains (top tier), medium &amp; small food outlets (long tail), flower shops and pharmacies</li>
<li>Maintain trackers daily, log all devices dispatched (if applicable) and ensure our food and shops partners go online in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assist with retraining and device troubleshooting should a partner face any difficulties operating our system.</li>
</ul>
What You'll Need

<li>Passion for interacting with people</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel and similar software tools.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, an insane focus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignment with our core values: being bold, focused, agile and collaborative.</li>
<li>Highly motivated with a &ldquo;hunting spirit&rdquo; to develop new opportunities and grow business in multiple technology dimensions within the Food/Service Providers space.</li>
<li>You are excellent at working in teams and are comfortable collaborating with local, regional and corporate teams</li>
<li>Working in pressure situations with stretched targets and limited resources and coming up with smart tech based ideas to solve problems.</li>
<li>Ownership, High energy &amp; Self driven</li>
<li>Should be tech / net savvy - have a flair for E-commerce / Internet led business</li>
<li>Good knowledge of UAE Market</li>
<li>UAE driving license would be added advantage.</li>
<li>Candidates will need to be on their own visa as this is an internship</li>
<li>Preference will be given to fresh graduates.</li>
<li>Arabic language would be a bonus to your profile</li>
