Cost Control &amp; Variance Analysis<ul><li>Monthly variance reports completed within 3&ndash;5 days of month end.</li><li>Reduction in unexplained production variances (wastage/scrap) over time.</li></ul>3. Month-End Closing Efficiency<ul><li>Completion of month-end close within 5&ndash;7 working days.</li><li>Zero material audit adjustments related to closing.</li></ul>4. Financial Reporting Accuracy<ul><li>100% accuracy in P&amp;L and Balance Sheet reporting.</li><li>Timely submission of financial reports to management.</li></ul>5. Intercompany Reconciliation<ul><li>All intercompany balances reconciled monthly with zero discrepancies.</li><li>Timely settlement and accurate cross charging.</li></ul>6. Payables &amp; Receivables Management<ul><li>Maintain AR aging within agreed credit terms.</li><li>Reduce overdue receivables and optimize cash flow.</li><li>Ensure timely payments to suppliers without penalties.</li></ul>7. Compliance &amp; Audit Readiness<ul><li>Zero non-compliance issues related to UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.</li><li>Successful completion of internal/external audits with minimal findings.</li></ul>8.
