Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Finance, or related fields</li><li>
SMMM (CPA equivalent in Turkey) certificate preferred (obtained or in progress)</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree (MBA / Finance) is an advantage</li></ul>
Languages<ul><li>
Good/Advanced level English (written and spoken) &mdash; required for reporting, audit, and international communication</li><li>
Italian language proficiency is an advantage</li></ul>
Computer &amp; Digital Skills<ul><li>
Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred; SAP, Oracle, LOGO acceptable)</li><li>
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas)</li><li>
Power BI / Data analytics experience is an advantage</li><li>
Strong knowledge of e-ledger, e-invoice, e-archive, e-reconciliation processes</li><li>

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Group Accounting Management<ul><li>
Standardize general accounting processes for all Turkish and international group companies</li><li>
Create, update, and enforce the Group Chart of Accounts (CoA)</li><li>
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes</li><li>
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all accounting records</li></ul>
2. Tax Management<ul><li>
Manage Corporate Tax, VAT, Withholding, Temporary Tax, and all legal declarations</li><li>
Lead export VAT refund processes (critical for Alapala)</li><li>
Execute tax planning, incentives, and governmental support programs</li><li>
Manage transfer pricing documentation at group level</li><li>
Represent group companies during tax audits and coordinate all procedures</li></ul>
3. Consolidation &amp; Reporting Support<ul><li>
Provide accurate and complete accounting data to the Group Reporting Team</li><li>
Prepare required breakdowns and datasets for IFRS-compliant reporting</li><li>
Ensure timely submission of all financial statements</li></ul>
4. Process &amp; Internal Control Management<ul><li>
Establish internal control frameworks for accounting processes across the group</li><li>
Ensure statutory books are maintained in full compliance</li><li>
Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure 100% alignment</li><li>
Act as the main counterpart during independent and tax audits</li></ul>
5. Team Management<ul><li>
Lead and develop the central accounting team at the holding</li><li>
Coordinate with accounting teams of Alapala Makina, Alapala Global, Alapala Construction, Axor, and Alapala International</li><li>
Manage performance evaluations, workload planning, and task distribution</li></ul>
6. ERP &amp; Digital Transformation<ul><li>
Ensure accurate configuration and execution of all accounting processes on IFS ERP</li><li>
Standardize e-invoice, e-ledger, e-dispatch processes across all companies</li><li>
Play an active role in digital accounting and automation projects</li></ul>
7. Management Reporting<ul><li>
Provide CFO and CEO with regular reports on accounting and tax risks</li><li>
Deliver insights on project costs, investment costs, and inventory valuation</li></ul>
