Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager (with 5+ years of experience) to oversee all aspects of financial record-keeping and office operations. Join our team to contribute to our mission of operational excellence and financial integrity while fostering a positive and productive work environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and journal entries using accounting software.</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).</li><li>Conduct detailed account reconciliations and general ledger accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Oversee ADP payroll processing, tax filings, and related reporting requirements while maintaining meticulous records.</li><li>Maintain organized financial records for audits, governmental reporting, and internal review purposes.</li><li>Supervise administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating vendor relationships, and supporting team communication.</li><li>Assist with budgeting processes, financial analysis, and cost control initiatives to support organizational goals.</li><li>Ensure adherence to all relevant financial policies and procedures while continuously seeking process improvements for efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software.</li><li>General knowledge of GAAP standards, double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, account reconciliation techniques, and general ledger management.</li><li>Familiarity with governmental accounting standards and tax regulations.</li><li>Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately using 10-key typing skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial concepts including debits &amp; credits, account analysis, budgeting, and financial report writing.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external stakeholders.
