 As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you&rsquo;ll own the billing and contract review process, assist with customer disputes, and be heavily involved in our Suitebilling implementation. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the revenue, orders, and customer success teams to review each contract and determine the appropriate billing. You will also collaborate with collections to determine the best way to approach the client and then execute their plan to bring in the maximum amount of timely payments. The billing team is responsible for timely billing, as well as resolving any customer-related billing disputes.
