 Primary Purpose
 
 
 
 The Medical Officer has functional responsibility for medical monitoring of clinical trials, medical reviewing of activities and for broad spectrum of internal and external medical consulting, including, but not limited to, advising related to protocol development, preparation of medical strategy for feasibility studies, involvement in bid preparation and bid defense meetings, delivery of medical trainings for relevant stakeholders, professional engagement with external clinical experts, etc.

 Works directly with the Head of Pharmacovigilance and Medical Monitoring, in managing both corporate and project-related activities. Cooperates directly with Safety Monitors, Project Leadership, Data Managers and other relevant functional groups.

 At the project level, will function in the role of a Medical Monitor leading the clinical trial monitoring of safety and efficacy data for the assigned protocols in scope of the contract with the client and in compliance with relevant SOP and/or other relevant study specific documents.

 Provides safety oversight throughout the lifecycle of the clinical study including evaluation, assessment, and monitoring of safety events and protocol deviations.

 Cooperates with Safety Monitors to implement safety management activities and achieve study project objectives.

 Evaluates adverse events, serious adverse events (SAE) including expedited reporting, as well as other protocol defined safety events.

 Provides medical input during development of protocol and associated documents &ndash; in scope agreed with the client, primarily focusing on the safety aspect of the clinical development.

 Advises study sponsor and study team on protocol development, inclusion/exclusion criteria, eligibility questions, protocol study design and halting rules, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Per agreement with client ensures the medical and scientific quality of safety sections of documents such as clinical trial protocols, investigator&rsquo;s brochure, informed consent document, patient diaries, and case report forms.

 <li>
 Works directly with project-level staff to develop appropriate study documents and project plans (e.g., Safety Monitoring Plan, Medical Monitoring Plan, Communication Plan, and Training Plan).
 </li>

 Supports preparation of safety section of clinical trial reports such as annual reports and clinical study reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Engages with safety oversight committees (SOC) and consults with sponsors, investigators, and pharmaceutical partners, as appropriate.

 Participates in safety oversight committee meetings (DSMB/DMC/SMC); answers questions about safety monitoring and related procedures (e.g., review of halting rules).

 If contracted with client and if relevant to level of own medical expertise, Medical Officer provides broad spectrum of medical consultancy services, including medical review of relevant documents and/or data (e.g., clinical study specific documents, clinical study report, training materials, scientific communication or communication materials with medical content, etc.).

 Participates in corporate process improvement and corporate quality assurance activities through Internal Quality Audit Team (IQAT) processes, SOP development, participation in internal and external audits, and professional development activities.

 Other corporate activities include annual SOP reviews, participation in corporate safety meetings/activities, and other relevant corporate activities.

 Medical Doctor (MD, MBBS, MBBCh, or other equivalent) degree is required.

 </li>

 Demonstrated clinical medicine expertise through practice experience preferred.

 Become a key member of the Dexcom APAC team, driving excellence in clinical education and sales training in India. As the Clinical Science Liaison lead, you will report directly to the APAC CSL Manager, work in close partnership with country leaders, distributor networks, and collaborate with the global matrix of the commercial organization.

 As the APAC CSL Lead in India you will:

 Lead Clinical Education &amp; Advocacy: Develop and deliver clinical education programs for patients, clinicians, and diabetes societies. Promote emerging clinical trial data, expanded indications, and strategic publications through presentations and forums.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Medical/Clinical Affairs, Marketing, R&amp;D, Regulatory, Quality, Customer Support, and Field Sales to meet customer needs and drive product knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as Regional Expert: Serve as a speaker and subject matter expert at local, regional, and international congresses, providing technical and clinical insights on CGM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive Initiatives: Lead KOL development, identify CGM advocates, and facilitate partnerships to advance CGM as standard of care.
 </li>

 Support Distributors: Responsible for clinical education and product sales training of distributors. You will:

 You will play a key role in the Ad Sales team for growing the business by being the subject matter expect &amp; owner of advertising related initiatives for your category.
 
 
 You possess strong analytical ability, and will develop deep expertise in Amazon&rsquo;s products and proprietary metrics to build winning campaigns and optimizing performance to derive insights and meet our advertisers&rsquo; needs.  Key job responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Build solid relationships with advertisers, advertising agencies, medium and small brands/ clients, displaying a dedication to delivering first-class service and online advertising solutions

 <li>
 Liaise with Marketing, Product management, and Ad operations to help Brand launch on Amazon Advertising by formulating brand-centric projects/program for adoption
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate brands on Amazon Advertising offering. Also help analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to help Medium/small brands to increase efficiency, drive high renewal rate and meet clients&rsquo; KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage our suite of rich data, targeting and product channels to collaborate with the other teams in the development of tailored solutions that meets advertisement goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the advertising team (e.g., product development, product marketing, pricing) and assist in the development of best practices and operational efficiencies

 Basic Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
 </li>

 Experience in advertising solutions including sales, ad operations, and online marketing
 </li>

 MBA or other related Master's degree, Strong communication skills (written and verbal), Confidence in the analysis of number-based reports and experience in MS Office (esp. Excel), An organized approach and a real team player who is willing to roll up sleeves.
