<b>Your Role: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Support Store Operations: Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance business growth and maximize sales.</li>
<li>Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email, ensuring they feel valued and supported.</li>
<li>Maintain Our Facility: Open, operate, and close the office. Light maintenance and cleaning of the property to ensure it is clean, safe and secure for our customers and their belongings.</li>
<li>Manage Accounts: Handle customer accounts, assist with account setup, and oversee general administrative tasks, including debt management.</li>
<li>Travel Between Locations: Occasionally support other stores while maintaining our consistent standards across all sites.</li>
</ul>
<b>What We’re Looking For:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Experience: Retail sales and administrative experience is a plus (training provided for the right candidate!).</li>
<li>People Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer needs.</li>
<li>Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.</li>
<li>Hands-On Attitude: Willingness to work outdoors and maintain the grounds.</li>
<li>Requirements: A valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and vehicle (mileage reimbursed for travel between stores) and basic computer skills.</li>
