Essential Functions</div>
</div><div><ul><li>Under direction, performs complex and specialized procedures to achieve the service of income withholding orders or to otherwise dispose of delinquency referrals</li>
<li>Reviews and analyzes accounts through the comparison of Healthcare &amp; Family Services (HFS) computer records and Clerk of the Court payment records to determine correct delinquency amount</li>
<li>Gathers information and issues notices of delinquency to responsible relatives whose accounts meet established delinquency guidelines</li>
<li>Gathers information and issues referrals for accounts in need of adjustment to designated accounting staff and referrals for cases in need of legal action to attorneys for Child Support Specialists</li>
<li>Establishes and monitors tracking procedures to monitor status of notices of delinquency, income withholding services, and other work in progress</li>
<li>Keyboards letters, forms, records, and other documents relative to income withholding operations</li>
<li>Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><div>Minimum Qualifications</div>
</div><div><ul><li>Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to two (2) years of secretarial/business college or completion of high school and two (2) years of related office experience or two (2) years of independent business experience</li>
<li>Requires the ability to keyboard accurately at 30 words per minute</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Requires the ability to pass a national background check prior to employment due to accessing confidential federal tax information</li>
<li>Requires the ability to utilize and maintain state issued equipment such as a laptop</li>
<li>Requires ability to travel in the performance of duties, with overnight stays as appropriate
