<div>Kids Above All is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager with their CWELs for our Chicago-South location. 
 
Job Summary:
The Foster Care Case Manager performs case management services for children and families in regular, specialized or home-of-relative foster care programs. The goal is to emphasize meeting clients&rsquo; environmental and psychosocial needs, as well as implementing a permanent living plan for each child.
We are offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus to licensed candidates who are hired. The new hire must have all DCFS required examinations and certifications completed, including the DCFS Child Welfare Licensure in order to qualify for the bonus.

Our offsite model empowers mental health professionals to form meaningful relationships, promote recovery, and meet clients where they are, both physically and emotionally.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate ACT Case Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a 100% field-based position involving travel throughout Chicago to support clients in their homes and communities. You will help clients access essential resources, build daily living skills, and navigate barriers to independence.The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, organized, and skilled in de-escalation and crisis prevention.
