Senior Analyst, Client Insights

The Best Practice Client Insights Senior Analyst will engage with clients to support them in identifying and capitalizing on their largest growth opportunities. The Best Practice Senior Analyst will be instrumental in the delivery of strategic analyses, insights, and recommendations based on applying SPINS proprietary assets in combination with each Client's own information and team members. Assist in project management to include coordinating with all parties involved in the production of a deliverable (marketing, graphics, etc.)</li><li>
Author research papers to analyze the effects of business activities or public policies on commercial real estate</li><li>
Present market overviews to clients as needed</li><li>
Analyze indicators needed to generate a market forecast and make recommendations to the Director of Research</li><li>
Oversee quarterly reporting process</li><li>
Respond to staff inquiries for information by completing advanced research</li><li>
Assist in the supervision of Research Analysts to include mentoring and training</li><li>
Assist in providing nationwide data as needed, relating to non-office products such as retail, multi-family, industrial and hotel</li><li>
Compile statistical data specific to client or service line by translating and converting data to graphs/tables/charts</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree; Industry related field of study preferred</li><li>
3+ years of real estate research or related business experience</li><li>
Or any similar combination of education and experience</li><li>
Power BI skills preferred</li><li>
Experience in data entry/data management</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Strong data software applications skills</li><li>
Ability to calculate and analyze key office metrics and indicators (vacancy, absorption, inventory, deliveries, ground breakings, cap rates, FAR, etc.)</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives</li><li>
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Effective listening and critical thinking skills</li></ul>

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate&rsquo;s experience and qualifications. 

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. 

The compensation for the position is: $ 76,500.00 - $90,000.00
